1. Acceptance

By using Best Radio Station you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. The service

We provide a directory and web player for publicly available internet radio streams. We do not own the content that is broadcast. All audio, logos, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Availability of any station can change at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape at abusive rates, or otherwise disrupt the site.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the administration area.
• Anyone can report a station that should not be listed, for example because it infringes copyright or broadcasts illegal content. Reported stations are removed after review.

4. Streams from third parties

Playback connects your browser directly to the broadcaster's server. We do not control those servers and are not responsible for their availability, quality, advertising or content.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every station will work, or that the directory is complete or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any third-party stream.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
